Animal-Origin Free (AOF) Facility
Our completely animal-free facility is purpose-built for pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing. With an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, SQF Food Safety Code for Food Manufacturing (Ed. 9), Kosher and HALAL certifications, our facility can meet all quality and regulatory requirements for your production process.
Rehydration
We specialize in the rehydration and blending of powders and liquids to meet your product volume requirements. All materials can be packaged in totes, drums, or bags, depending on customer requirements.
Thermal Treatment
Our state-of-the-art facility allows for specific monitoring and controls, including Ultra-High Temperature heat treatments and High Temperature Short-Time Pasteurization.
Manufacturing Capacity
With a capacity of >2000 metric tons of material annually, Nu-Tek’s Minnesota facility is engineered to support production demands for existing products, product development, and custom manufacturing projects.
Hydrolysis
Nu-Tek’s facility is purpose-build to support large-volume production, including agitation silos for reactions and storage, as well as heating and cooling capabilities for a custom production approach.
Filtration
Our products and custom manufacturing accommodates both Microfiltration (MF) and Ultra filtration (UF), with flexibility in isolating proteins and peptides depending on your product requirements.
Evaporation and Spray Drying
With the ability to evaporate 11,000 lbs. of water per hour, with a drying rate of 2,500 lbs. of water per hour, Nu-Tek’s facility has the capacity to meet your annual production demands.
